All group and attendance data is stored as plain text files on shared web hosting. The data is not encrypted, and while reasonable precautions are taken, security cannot be guaranteed.
Group members are identified by name only and are not authenticated individually. Anyone with access to a valid group code may view and edit group attendance data.
Groups that have not been accessed or modified within the last 90 days may be permanently deleted without notice, including all associated history and group data.
